Sam becomes the main point of contact, ensuring our customers always have somebody to speak to and never have to wait around for a call back. It’s Sam’s ability to understand each problem and know exactly how to process each enquiry which makes him invaluable within our company’s structure. Once a plan has been made and agreed, we will schedule the work to be carried out at a convenient time.
